At Olympic Overseas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our products and stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of every tool we manufacture and export. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The return is approved by our customer service team before shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order tools.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products returned without prior approval or outside the return window.

 Return Process

  • Contact us  within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  • Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible.

  • Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.

  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement, credit, or refund as applicable.

 Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping charges.

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email  and send your item number.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • We will notify you by email once the refund is initiated.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
